Venetain Macau Resort is part of the Venetain Las vegas i dont know howz the management in Las Vegas but in VML one of the worst i had ever seen.
if that managment is come through Las Vegas might be better than this but most of are from macau n hongkong and few are from AUS and US they all are running after preety gal of Macau.
lets talk about the discrimination. discrimation on salary and the process of postin their duty Neplese are gettin only 7346 MOP/m and macanese are gettin 9781 MOP/m.

Can anyone really participate?
